We believe after sales support is the key factor of our Business. Orama Technologies offer NIST/NABL traceable calibration certification of most data loggers. Certifications are done using a Precision Calibration System in the all temperature range with a Good accuracy - Please inquire about specifications and pricing for the Specialized Initial/Service Calibration, We offer yearly notification services for customers to remind them when recertification is due. Initial Certifications are also available on all new Temperature and RH devices. A NIST certificate is provided, which certifies that it has undergone the above process and passed. Also we are offering to our customer Repair Services that contain all type of repairing of our Supplied data loggers. For any issue related to Hardware or Software during warranty period, the replacement of data logger will be provided by us. Mechanical or External damage of data loggers will avoid warranty of supplied product.

Calibration

Orama offers to provide NIST/NABL Traceable Initial & Service Calibration along with supplied data loggers or any Products. We analyze and validate our product to check its Promised functionality and accuracy through our calibration And validation process and the same accuracy we pass to our valuable customers. We are doing calibration of our temperature and RH Data loggers at standard calibration points, but if you want to calibrate data logger at any specific points then that services is also available at our end.

Repair

Orama Technologies offers the repairing work of our supplied data loggers. Our Products, Data loggers or allied accessories received with in warranty period will be checked, repaired or replaced free of cost at our end. Our customer can claim for replacement or repair with the proper its purchase documents. The warranty of our Product/data loggers does not include Mechanical damage, Mishandling or Battery Replacement. Our data loggers/products will be accepted for the repairing after the completion of warranty period and the same will be repaired on nominal charges. Our data loggers can also accept for battery replacement with Standard Charges.
